Project Blogger Coaches Corner: Week 7 Summary

Mark your Calendars.
June 11 at 11am PST - Inman News will be hosting a Project Blogger conference call for all interested participants. It'll be your chance to hear firsthand from some of the Coaches and the Apprentices. The call will be archived as a podcast for those of you who can't attend the live recording. More details forthcoming on this blog.

This week's Carnival of Project Blogger is up - check out the Carnival of Project Blogger Week #3 post for Nick the Appraiser's Top 5 submitted posts.

This week saw a first - the first video post from a coach, Jeff Turner. I wonder how many more of these we might see... personally, I think it's a very nice format and was inspired to create my own. Wouldn't it be great if all the coaches and apprentices introduced themselves this way?

With that, on to the rest of the Coaches' posts:

Jeff Turner (Real Estate Shows)

Teresa Boardman (St. Paul Real Estate)
Teresa explains her absence last week, and I sympathize. (It's a busy time for everyone and I've been less than stellar in my own contributions - a fact I hope to rectify soon!)

Joel Burslem (Future of Real Estate Marketing)
Jeff inspired me to do my own video update.

Ardell DellaLoggia (Seattle Area Real Estate Blog)
This week, Ardell chronicles the close relationship she's developed with her Apprentice.

M.I.A. this week

Paul Chaney (Blogging Systems)
Jim Cronin
(Real Estate Tomato)
Pat Kitano (Transparent Real Estate)
Dustin Luther (RainCityGuide)
Sellsius
(sellsius real estate blog)
Greg Swann (BloodHoundBlog)
Frances Flynn Thorsen
(theRealtyGram)

Project Blogger is a blogging competition co-sponsored by the ActiveRain Real Estate Network and Inman News. 12 blogging coaches selected 12 apprentices to mentor and set on the path towards real estate blogging superstardom. The winning team will be announced at the Bloggers Connect conference this summer in San Francisco. You can find all the coaches' and apprentices' blogs at Project Blogger Links.

Comments

Joel, If I knew I'd end up here, I REALLY would have put on some makeup.

No it is not a good idea for all the coaches and participants to introduce themselves via video blog. There is a lot of us out here who are hearing impaired and cannot hear very well when watching videos.

It works well for visually impaired individuals but unless you also provide transcripts, I do not think it is a very good idea.
